When you arrive, your pet will be triaged by one of our dedicated veterinarians to assess the severity of their condition. We’ll talk you through the next steps and provide an initial cost estimate based on their immediate needs.
Please understand that emergency care can vary depending on your pet’s condition, and treatment plans may need to change as things progress. We’ll always keep you informed and involved throughout your pet’s care.
In some situations, we may refer you to a specialist center or 24/7 emergency hospital if your pet requires intensive monitoring or advanced treatment beyond our scope.
