The Receptionist is the welcoming face of PEAK VETS, providing excellent customer service while managing appointments, enquiries, and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and assist with enquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally
  • Process payments and maintain records
  • Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
